References & Acknowledgements
The Town Council would like to thank the many local contributors who have made available artefacts and written accounts for inclusion on the Virtual Museum Site. Without their input we would not have been able to develop the beginnings of an internet site.

We would like to acknowledge the enthusiasm and assistance we have received from local historians Maureen Brown, Margaret Underwood and Maggi Stannard who have helped with research and have offered suggestions on what to include initially in the Virtual Museum. We would also like to acknowledge Greenleas Clutch Club whose oral history tapes on the local railway are represented on the site, Mr Eric Guess and local printers Rush and Warwick. Also Mr. Timothy Clayden for his pictures of Faith Press and Mrs Barbara Elkerton for Nash Brushes.
